How fast can somebody get here?
Call before 2pm on a weekday and we'll almost always be out the same day. Emergencies average about two hours. In July and August that can stretch, and we'll tell you honestly on the phone instead of guessing.
What does a service call cost?
$89 for the diagnostic visit, and it's applied to the repair if you go ahead with it. There's no trip charge inside our service area, and no extra for evenings or weekends.
Do I need a new unit or can this one be repaired?
Usually it can be repaired. We'll give you both numbers — repair cost and replacement cost — along with how much life the old unit likely has left, and then leave the decision to you. We don't work on commission.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, on replacements and larger repairs. Approval takes a few minutes on the technician's tablet, and there are interest-free options up to 18 months.

Alabama license #05188, fully insured, and every technician is NATE certified and background checked. We'll show you the paperwork any time you ask.
