The Main Street
Five pages. Ten working days. You own all of it.
The build for a business with real services to explain and work worth showing off. Everything written for you from one phone call, built to load fast on a phone, and handed over with every login on launch day. Ten working days is my side of it — the calendar depends on how quickly you get me photos and answers.
What five pages means
Not five pages of filler.
Every one of these earns its place. If your business doesn't need one, we swap it for something that does.
Home
What you do, where you do it, and the one thing you want them to press. Everything above the fold works on a phone.
Services & pricing
What you offer, what it costs, and how long it takes. Publishing prices filters out the tire-kickers before they call.
Your work
A proper photo gallery. Phone pictures of real jobs beat stock every time, and I'll tell you which ones to send.
Service areas
The towns you cover, written where Google reads them. This is what gets you found two towns over.
Contact & booking
Tap-to-call, a form that actually reaches you, hours, and directions. Tested before launch, not after.
In the price
No upsell for the basics.
The part nobody does for you
What are you paying right now?
Most local businesses are renting their website by the month and have never added it up. Put your number in — it's on your card statement as Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy or Shopify.
Assumes you keep paying what you pay now. Doesn't count the apps and add-ons most of those plans quietly bill on top. The $59/month care plan here is optional and not included above — plenty of people never take it.
How it goes
Three touches from you.
Day numbers are working days of my time, and every one of them assumes the touch before it already happened. The build only moves as fast as the three things I need from you come back.
We talk once.
What you do, who calls you, what you want more of. Text me whatever photos you already have. That's the last thing I need from you for a week.
You see the real thing.
Not a mockup — the actual site, on a link you can open on your phone. Tell me what to change. Still nothing paid beyond the deposit.
It goes up, and it's yours.
I point your domain, test the form, hand you every login. Then I call in a month to see if the phone is ringing more.
So it's honest: ten working days is the work, not the wait. If your photos take a week to arrive or a draft sits unapproved for four days, the launch moves by that much — I can't build the parts that need your answers. Nobody's ever surprised by this, because I tell you the day it happens instead of at the end.
See the standard
Open one on your phone.
Three of the five demo sites, all built to this standard. No two look alike — your business shouldn't wear somebody else's template.
Straight with you
This isn't the right one for everybody.
Too much for you?
If you're a one-van operation and you mainly need to look open, findable and worth calling, one strong page does that job. Don't pay for pages you won't use.
The Storefront, $450 →Not enough?
Multiple locations, online booking, a menu or catalog that changes weekly, or you want to edit it yourself — that's a bigger build and I'd rather quote it properly than squeeze it in here.
The Block, $1,400 →Before you book
Fair questions.
What if I don't like it?
Ten days from when, exactly?
Do I really own it?
What does it cost after launch?
What if I need a change in six months?
I don't have good photos.
Will this put me at the top of Google?
Next step
One call. Fifteen minutes. No pitch.
Tell me what you do and who calls you. If The Main Street is the wrong size for your business I'll say so on the call and point you at the right one — I'd rather do that than sell you pages you don't need.
